Our coaches are here to help
We can help your home implement best practices. Through collaborations with LTC homes, our team of coaches work towards improving resident care and promoting positive workplaces by implementing RNAO’s clinical and healthy work environment best practice guidelines.
Find your implementation coach
RNAO’s team of LTC implementation coaches - also known as 'best practice coaches' - promote and support the use of evidence-based best practices.
Our 14 LTC best practice coaches work across Ontario, providing free support to LTC homes to improve the care of residents and creating healthy work environments for staff by adopting practices based on RNAO’s best practice guideline (BPG) recommendations.
Working with site management and clinical staff, LTC best practice coaches can assist homes with identifying practice gaps, develop action and sustainability plans.
Benefits of this free program include:
- access to evidence-based practice resources
- consultations with subject matter experts
- funding opportunities for your organization
- support for teams to implement BPGs
It all adds up to vastly improved outcomes for residents and families. You can get started by emailing your implementation coach using the form below.
