Ontario Climate Emergency Campaign calls for widespread municipal climate action

OCEC

We are clearly in a state of an escalating climate crisis that requires informed, urgent and local government responses. On Oct. 19, RNAO President Dr. Claudette Holloway spoke at a media conference at Queen’s Park about the Ontario Climate Emergency Campaign (OCEC), which RNAO is a proud signatory of. The campaign called on Ontarians to vote for pro-environmental candidates during municipal elections, held Oct. 24.

In case you missed it, the media conference is available to watch on YouTube. For more information, read the media release.
