About this event
This Nursing Week panel highlights the growing role of nurses in political leadership and public life. Featuring nurses who have transitioned from clinical practice into elected office, the session will explore how nursing values, skills and lived experience inform public policy and decision making. Panellists will share their personal journeys into political leadership, the challenges and opportunities they encountered, and advice for nurses who may be considering civic or political engagement.
