ACPF: Develop your proposal

How it works

Identify a "need" or a "gap" in the current services being provided at a health care organization in Ontario.

  • Determine the focus or topic/speciality area of your fellowship – it will need to be an area of interest to you, where you will increase your personal skills, knowledge and expertise to help improve patient care and outcomes at your organization.
  • Identify a primary mentor specializing in the chosen focus/topic area, and obtaining support from the sponsoring organization.
  • Develop your proposal. Enter your responses directly into the RFP document. Attend an informational and proposal writing workshop.
  • Submit your proposal.
