Louise values all the great nurses whom she has met throughout her career and who have made her a better person and a better nurse. She has been an RNAO member since 1985 and encourages her colleagues to join the association’s collective voice.
The Lifetime Achievement Award is bestowed on long-standing members of RNAO who exemplify outstanding contributions to the profession in the areas of practice, education, administration or research, at the provincial, national and/or international level.
