Engaging Your Champions: Implementing the Assessment and Management of Pressure Injuries for the Interprofessional Team Best Practice Guideline

This presentation will discuss Grove Park Home's ongoing Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO) journey with the implementation of the Assessment and Management of Pressure Injuries for the Interprofessional Team Best Practice Guideline (BPG). This webinar will talk about the home's BPSO launch, how champions were initially recruited and engaged in BPG implementation and the activities that the champions are involved in today. 

During this presentation, participants will:

• Use a gap analysis to evaluate Grove Park Home's skin and wound program 
• Develop a plan to actively engage and recruit frontline champions to support BPG implementation
• Implement your champions recruitment and engagement plan using an interactive and participatory approach
