This Champions Information Sharing Webinar is designed for health-care providers and students to learn how to effectively empower best practice champions within their organization to sustain practice change.
This webinar provided insights on how Tilbury Manor uses an interprofessional approach to implement RNAO's best practice guidelines (BPGs) using a transformational leadership style. The webinar also provided participants with ideas on how to effectively engage best practice champions to promote and sustain practice change.
The workshop allowed participants to understand how to successfully integrate the best practice guideline implementation process through all aspects of an organization. Participants gained an appreciation of how to empower front line staff to become leaders of change.
