Best Practice Guideline Implementation: Successes in a Long-Term Care Home

This webinar will focus on the practice improvements made in a long-term care home, through the implementation of recommendations from RNAO’s best practice guidelines about falls, continence and person/family-centred care.

The presentation will review creative ideas developed and adopted by Markhaven Home for Seniors, implementation hurdles and how these were overcome with the help of internal best practice champions.
