The Leadership and Management for Nurses Program is designed for RN, NP and RPN managers and leaders across all health sectors to enhance the knowledge and skills necessary to support their teams in goal achievement, shared decision-making and effective functioning within a healthy work environment. RNAO developed the program as a response to nurses’ needs for more opportunities to be involved in decision-making, visible nursing leadership and control over their roles, as reported in RNAO’s Nursing Career Pathways: A Comparative Perspective.
