Strengthening Nursing Human Resources in Home and Community

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) advocate for fair and appropriate recognition and compensation for nurses working in the community, relative to other sectors; e.g. comparable compensation; acknowledgement of specialized knowledge and skills; a safe working environment including access to PPE, vaccinations, etc.
