Strategies to enhance clinical practice of nursing students by improving the quality of nursing preceptorship
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) to advocate increased funding and awareness of Preceptor Education Programs for nurses so that they can enhance the learning experience of nursing students.
