RNAO is giving away FREE membership to our NP member colleagues with an exclusive 1NP:1NP recruitment reward.

RNAO is offering this special recruitment reward to our RNAO NP colleagues. For every NP that you recruit between now and 11:59 p.m. on May 23, 2024, you will get one free year of RNAO membership inclusive of PLP – plus free NPIG membership for the 2025 membership year. Recruit two NPs to join RNAO and you will get two years of free membership with two years PLP included – plus two years of NPIG included!

This special 1NP:1NP recruitment reward is on top of our ongoing recruitment rewards. For every new NP you recruit, you will earn a $20 RNAO credit in addition to free RNAO and NPIG memberships.

Here are some easy ways RNAO helps you recruit members:

  • Get your NP nursing colleagues and NP friends to scan your personalized QR code, which you can find by logging into your myRNAO.ca account, or
  • Share your referral link (also available in your myRNAO.ca account), or
  • Provide your RNAO membership number to your NP peers so they can include it in their online registration form

Both the link and the QR code will bring new NP members directly to join.RNAO.ca with your RNAO NP membership number automatically populated for a seamless recruitment process.

1NP:1NP RNAO recruitment rewards rules

This special 1NP:1NP promotion is open until May 23, 2024. Any new RNAO NP members* recruited within this time period can be counted toward the totals outlined below. 

* ”New RNAO NP member – someone who has never been an RNAO NP member, or someone who was not an RNAO NP member in the two membership years previous to recruitment.

  • If an NP member recruits an NP to join RNAO, the recruiter is eligible for their next year of RNAO membership (including PLP and NPIG membership) for free plus:
    • 1 year of free RNAO membership for each additional NP member recruited, and
    • $20 RNAO dollars** for each new* NP member recruited

** RNAO dollars can be used towards RNAO membership renewal or registration for any upcoming RNAO conference or event during the 2024/2025 membership year. RNAO dollars cannot be turned into cash.

Eligibility and exclusions

  • Only available to current NP members of RNAO.
  • NPs may become a member during the campaign and then become eligible for recruitment rewards for the duration of the campaign.
  • LAP and interest groups (other than NPIG) are not included as part of the free membership.
  • Award recipients may be requested to participate in communications published by RNAO.
