Revitalizing Change Initiatives at a Small Rural Hospital

About this event:

This event will allow participants to understand the experience of a small rural hospital and pre-designate Best Practice Spotlight Organization® (BPSO®). The BPSO program is a longstanding knowledge translation strategy that allows organizations to partner with RNAO to optimize health outcomes. This organization, on the back foot from the pandemic and health human resource crisis, will be sharing how it revitalized its BPSO change initiative with customized support from RNAO.
