Leadership and Management for Nurses Program

About this event:

The virtual Leadership and Management for Nurses Program is open to all Ontario RNs, NPs and RPNs in leadership/managerial roles in home and community care, as well as primary care, public health, hospital and long-term care settings. This program aims to enhance key knowledge and skills to achieve goals, support shared decision-making, and create healthy work environments and team functioning

Program features include:

• plenary sessions with core leadership content presented by experts in the field

• sector specific sessions for application of leadership content facilitated by leaders from the sector utilizing stories, case studies and discussion

• small group discussion and application of content using a case study approach

• opportunity to work with a mentor for guidance and support
