Keeping the Momentum with Champions, Patients and Families

This webinar is designed for health-care providers who are looking for ways to engage patient and family advisors (PFAs) in recruiting and sustaining champions.

The purpose of this webinar is to inspire organizations to work with people with lived experiences to maintain the momentum of the RNAO's Best Practice Spotlight Organization® (BPSO®) work through small wins during challenging times.

The presenters will share strategies used in recruiting champions, engaging PFAs, and exploring ways for moving forward after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through shared learnings, participants will be inspired to explore a meaningful pathway to recruit and sustain champions with joint efforts amongst PFAs, unit leaders and best practice guidelines (BPG) leaders.
