About this event:
Courage Amidst Crisis: A Discussion on Nurses’ Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace is a panel discussion dedicated to nurses’ psychological health and safety within their workplace.
This session will integrate an equity lens within a courageous dialogue about the current and the future state of nurses’ well-being across Canada.
By attending this webinar, participants will be able to:
- understand the impacts of stress, strain and its current implications on the nursing workforce
- understand the need to address psychological health and safety of nurses in the workplace
- explore issues and barriers to nurses’ well-being at the organization and system levels
- examine ways on the path forward, based on evidence and a commitment to action
