Building Best Practice Champion Competency: Training for Impact

About this event:

The "Building Champion Competency: Training for Impact at RNAO BPSO" event is designed to introduce participants to the critical role of champions within the RNAO Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO) program. This session will explore the competencies required to be an effective champion, highlighting the skills needed to lead and advocate for best practices in healthcare settings.

Participants will also receive updates on new resources, including Train-the-Trainer, eLearning modules and in-person workshops, designed to support champions in their journey. By attending, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how these resources can enhance their practice, promote an organizational culture valuing evidence-based practice, strengthen their professional role and impact.
