About this event:

In this webinar RNAO will describe the Best Practice Spotlight Organization® (BPSO®) Ontario Health Teams (OHT) program and how it is aligned and supports OHTs to meet their goals and to advance positive outcomes.  We will also discuss the process for becoming a BPSO OHT.  Participants will have an opportunity to hear about successes and gains from current BPSO OHTs.

  • mobilize change by engaging interdisciplinary staff and fostering collaboration
  • give you access to a coaching team that helps you implement RNAO’s best practice guidelines (BPG) using two complementary frameworks

2. Identify how the BPSO program deliverables align with your deliverables:

  • the Quadruple Aim
  • population health management
  • Collaborative Quality Improvement Plan (cQIP) indicators
  • BPG selection aligned with your priority populations

3. Hear how you can access the following resources, networks and supports — free of charge:

  • knowledge exchange calls to support rapid learning and improvement
  • funded fellowship focused on person-centred care and care transitions
