Best Practice Champions: Mobilizing Action Through Building Competency

This webinar is designed for nurses, health-care providers, and others who are interested in building competence as a champion, and/or effectively engaging champions to create organizational change and/or transformation. 

This webinar delves into two newly developed resources:

1. The Best Practice Champions Competency Framework and;
2. The Best Practice Champions Blended Learning Series

Following this webinar, participants can enhance their understanding of how identifying and enacting competencies can empower champions to create positive transformations and change within their organizations. Additionally, valuable tips on leveraging opportunities to engage champions in your organization using resources like the Leading Change Toolkit, and job aids that are available from the Blended Learning Series will be provided.
