Accelerating success in best practice guideline (BPG) implementation with the enhanced Leading Change Toolkit

This information-sharing webinar is designed for health professionals and other change agents to learn about the new enhancements to RNAO’s Leading Change Toolkit™.

The toolkit is a free online implementation resource that features two complementary frameworks: Social Movement Action and Knowledge-to-Action. 

An overview of the revised toolkit, to be released by March 2023, will be shared, including the new navigation features and journey pages to support champions and change teams to implement BPGs and make lasting improvements in health care.  

During this presentation, participants will learn how to:

  • navigate the enhanced Leading Change Toolkit including the home page, article and hub pages
  • use the toolkit’s journey pages and tags to support a change process
  • find the downloadable “Tips and Tools” pages to support strategic knowledge uptake and sustainability
