The Long-Term Care Best Practices Toolkit, Second Edition, developed by the LTC best practices team, is an online collection of resources and tools that guide staff, nurses, educators and leaders in LTC to access the best evidence to develop, implement, enhance and evaluate BPGs. This Toolkit also helps LTC homes to improve performance, integrate relevant provincial legislation, and start other health-care efforts to enhance the quality of resident care and create a healthy work environment.
