Morgan Hoffarth is an RN and nursing leader. She graduated from the BScN program at McMaster University in 2010 and completed her MScN at York in 2013.

Morgan has worked in a variety of health-care settings, beginning her career as an RN with a Family Health Team. From there, she moved into the hospital sector and worked in both inpatient acute medicine as well as the emergency department. Upon completing her master's degree she moved to work in the psychosis program as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. From 2014 to 2020, Morgan worked as a coordinator in Treatment and Rehabilitation and Coordinated Access, and then in Medically Complex Service at St. Joseph's Health Care, London. Currently, Morgan is the Director of Care at Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care.

Morgan is a passionate nurse leader who believes that every nurse is a leader, regardless of the role or sector in which they work. Morgan's goal is for all nurses to embrace their roles as leaders to help advance the role and image of nursing as well as to improve the health-care system for all Ontarians.

Morgan lives in London with her husband, Corey and her son, Greyson.
