BPSO site visits and International Conference for Integrated Care in Portugal
RNAO implementation science manager RN Kristen Campbell recently visited two Best Practice Spotlight Organization® (BPSO®) sites in Portugal – Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto (ESEP) and Escola Superior De Saude Atlantica (ESSATLA) in Lisbon. These academic partners showcased their progress in embedding RNAO’s best practice guidelines into curriculum and practice.
At the International Conference for Integrated Care (ICIC25), Campbell and Margery Konan from East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP) BPSO OHT co-presented: Building a Social Movement of Science to Implement Best Practices Across Integrated Systems of Care. Their presentation highlighted how evidence-based approaches are transforming care delivery across disciplines and sectors. This international platform fostered learning, knowledge exchange and a shared commitment to excellence in integrated care.
