2025: Year for BPSO

John Noble Home is a long-term care(LTC) home in Brantford, Ontario and a member of RNAO's Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO) program. John Noble Home has previously hosted Champions Open House events with the focus on increasing awareness of the long-term care home’s BPSO designation along with increasing awareness about the best practice guidelines (BPG) it has implemented. These events also assist in engaging current BPSO champions and helps recruiting more. The participants are offered the opportunity to browse a variety of BPG stations including Falls prevention, End of Life, Oral Health, Pain Management, and Person & Family Centered Care.
