RNAO’s 23rd-annual Clinical BPG Institute
From May 31-June 1, RNAO hosted its 23rd-annual Clinical BPG Institute in Toronto. Champions from across Ontario came together to learn how to be more effective in guiding and leading change in their practice settings to improve person, family, staff and organizational impact.
The two-day event featured collaborative activities and presentations about planning for change, making change visible, building competencies as champions, monitoring knowledge use and more. Using the two complementary frameworks from the Leading Change Toolkit – Social Movement Action and Knowledge-To-Action Frameworks – attendees gained a more thorough understanding of the concept of change as a journey from planning, to achieving and sustaining.
