About this event:

Come join RNAO and the Rainbow Nursing Interest Group (RNIG) at the 2026 Durham Pride parade on Saturday, June 6.  

We will meet at a designated location at the parade staging area (exact location TBD and will be communicated closer to the date) so we can march together. We will hand out our Pride swag prior to the march.  Please note that you must register to march with us.  

Things to note: 

  • Please dress accordingly for the weather  
  • Please consider bringing water, snacks, comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, raincoat and an umbrella 
  • Rainbow and bright attire, decorations are encouraged 
  • Remember to wear your RN, NP or NS pin to show you’re part of RNAO’s strong collective 
  • Meeting details will be sent following registration
