RNAO has recently partnered with PointClickCare, the largest vendor of electronic medical record systems in long-term care (LTC), to facilitate access to a digital version of the best practice guidelines (BPG) called BPG Clinical Pathways. Grounded in evidence and extensive research, BPG Clinical Pathways are intended to enhance staff capacity and optimize resident care and outcomes. 

Since the launch of the RNAO BPG Clinical Pathways in April 2022, hundreds of individuals have attended an information session to learn more about the program, and a growing number of LTC homes/corporations have expressed an interest in implementing these evidence-based resources. There is still time to join these early adopters and be part of the first cohort of LTC homes that will be implementing the BPG Clinical Pathways this year. Sign up at RNAO.ca/clinicalpathways.
