RNAO Long-Term Care (LTC) Best Practices Program is offering a community of practice (CoP) exclusively to Ontario LTC homes to implement the Preventing Falls and Reducing Injury from Falls best practice guideline recommendations through a collaborative peer-supported process.

The CoP consists of four one-hour webinars with additional opportunities for coaching sessions with RNAO’s LTC best practice coordinators. Participants must attend all sessions, which will take place 2 – 3 p.m. ET on the following Thursdays:

• Sept. 8, 2022
• Oct. 6, 2022
• Nov. 10, 2022
• Dec. 1, 2022
