RNAO is committed to speaking out for nursing and health, and its new In focus webpages reflect this commitment. 

The In focus section of RNAO.ca empowers members from different communities and health sectors by highlighting members' voices, perspectives and experiences on priority issues. Each page within this section provides an overview of the priority topic, RNAO’s work and members’ involvement. The In Focus section is categorized into different topics, such as health equity, health system transformation and leading change. 

The two newly launched pages focus on: Black nurses and RNAO and Indigenous health and RNAO. A page focused on 2SLGBTQI+ health is currently in the works and will be featured under the health equity category as well.
