Journalist and producer, TVO
Brit Weaver is a journalist and producer at The Agenda with Steve Paikin, the flagship current affairs program on TVO. She has previously worked on CBC's Cross Country Checkup as a production assistant and producer. She is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University's Master of Journalism program and has an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Toronto. Brit devours books of all kinds, enjoys current affairs, politics, and visiting art galleries in different cities around the world.
Host and field producer, TVO
Jeyan Jeganathan is a host and field producer on TVO’s flagship current affairs programs, The Agenda with Steve Paikin and The Thread with Nam Kiwanuka. A graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University’s journalism program (class of 2013), he began his career at CHCH, covering the Hamilton-Niagara region. Jeyan is driven by a deep commitment to telling authentic, community-focused stories, particularly from underrepresented regions and voices across Ontario. Outside of his work in journalism, he’s passionate about aquascaping and proudly supports the Toronto Raptors.
