About this event:
Each June, RNAO recognizes Pride Month, promoting diversity, inclusivity and barrier-free care for people who identify as 2SLGBTQI+ (Two-Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex and other sexual and gender communities).
We mark Pride by participating in parades across the province. Join RNAO and the Rainbow Nursing Interest Group (RNIG) at the Toronto Pride Parade on June 28. Meeting time and location details will be shared once confirmed.
Register early to march with RNAO. Pride swag will be distributed before the parade.
Can’t attend in Toronto? RNAO will be represented at Pride events across Ontario throughout the summer.
Learn more about RNAO’s advocacy for 2SLGBTQI+ communities on our 2SLGBTQI+ and RNAO In Focus web page. It includes RNAO’s position statement and our best practice guideline on health equity.
