A long-term care team shares how adopting The Butterfly Approach reduced inappropriate antipsychotic use by 60 per cent through emotion-focused, person-centred care, interdisciplinary collaboration and culture change. 

Joseph Pasia — Empowering Nurses Saves Lives 
Frontline nurses from a renal program highlight Practice Council–driven innovations that improved patient education, enhanced shared decision-making and improved sustainability through reduced supply waste. 

Emilie Petipas — Advance Care Planning Education for Acute Leukemia Nurses 
This presentation describes a quality improvement initiative that equipped inpatient nurses with practical tools and confidence to initiate earlier, values-based advance care planning conversations.
