RNAO is currently developing the Care Transitions, Second Edition (working title) best practice guideline (BPG). This fall, RNAO will seek stakeholder feedback on the BPG from nurses in all domains of practice, other health providers, and persons with lived experience nationally and internationally. 

Stakeholders will be asked to contribute approximately three to four volunteer hours within a two-week period to review the BPG using an online questionnaire. If you are interested in becoming a stakeholder reviewer, please sign up online.
