For three decades, Jane Sims has been a reporter at the London Free Press, delivering to readers some of the biggest stories in the region. Her work has won several Ontario Newspaper Awards and she has been nominated for National Newspaper Awards three times.

Veteran London Free Press photographer Morris Lamont's images have chronicled life in southwestern Ontario for 36 years. His work has won several Ontario Newspaper Awards.

Brice Hall is a producer and designer of digital media at the National Post, a role that includes illustrating, web design and development, animating, and music and audio production. He is originally from London, Ont., where he grew up reading the London Free Press.

Mike Faille is an infographic artist and illustrator for the National Post. His work has earned him awards from the Society For News Design, the Canadian Online Publishing Awards, and the National Newspaper Awards.

These four came together for an innovative multimedia series which tells the story of Ashlyn Krell, who was dead for 27 minutes after a major car accident in February 2016, and the emergency and health workers who brought her back to life.
