Location
Toronto
Date

RNAO stands in solidarity with members and communities across Northern Ontario affected by the wildfires. We recognize the extraordinary pressures facing registered nurses, nurse practitioners and nursing students as they provide essential care while managing evacuations, poor air quality, service disruptions and concerns for their own families and communities. We are deeply grateful for your courage, compassion and leadership. Please prioritize your health and safety, follow local emergency guidance and know that RNAO continues to advocate for the resources and supports you need.

The Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) is the professional association representing registered nurses, nurse practitioners and nursing students in Ontario. Since 1925, RNAO has advocated for healthy public policy, promoted excellence in nursing practice, increased nurses’ contribution to shaping the health system, and influenced decisions that affect nurses and the public we serve. For more information about RNAO, visit RNAO.ca or follow us on X (formerly Twitter)FacebookInstagram and LinkedIn.
