On Dec. 4, 2025, Toronto’s iconic CN Tower will shine in RNAO’s colours — a tribute to nurses, the backbone of our health system, and a celebration of RNAO’s century-long commitment to nursing and to improving the health of all Ontarians. This symbolic lighting represents unity and gratitude, inspiring reflection on the values nurses uphold: compassion, resilience and advocacy. It calls us to honour the past, celebrate the present and sustain nursing leadership into the future — in Toronto, across Canada and beyond.
RNAO President and NP Lhamo Dolkar and CEO Dr. Doris Grinspun will join nurses outside the entrance to CN Tower at 5:15 p.m. ET on Dec. 4. Look for staff holding the RNAO flag.
Please note:
If possible, please arrive by 5 p.m. ET.
The lighting begins at sunset. A standard light show will run for 5 minutes at the top of every hour and half hour.
