Five ways to get published in the RN Journal

Write a feature article

Registered Nurse Journal welcomes articles that address issues facing the nursing profession and registered nurses in all areas of practice. Read our writer's guidelines to find out more. Please send inquiries and manuscripts to the managing editor.

Paint a portrait

One of the most popular sections in the journal is the RN Profile, which provides readers with a glimpse into the lives of nursing leaders. If you know a nurse who has made significant contributions to the profession we’d like to hear from you.

Send us your news

Did your chapter/interest group recently engage in a special event? Were you involved in some political advocacy in your community? Was there an article in your community newspaper about a relevant nursing or health-care issue? Please write, fax or email us your news.

Write to the editor

We encourage your comments about specific articles, RNAO activities or nursing and health-care issues. Write: Managing Editor, RNAO, 158 Pearl St, Toronto, ON, M5H 1L3 or fax (416) 599-1926 or by e-mail.

Use your student voice

Student opinions and perspectives are important to us. Send us information about student nursing activities or submit a paper for publication.
