(RNAO) to advise legislative committee to save public investments & stop nursing layoffs


TORONTO, Jan. 18, 2005 – The Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) will advise the legislative committee responsible for pre-budget consultations that prudent use of public dollars demands that the government find a solution to hospital shortfalls that protects nursing positions and patient care. This recommendation will be part of RNAO’s presentation on a wide range of health issues.
