Join RNAO’s Best Practice Spotlight Organization Ontario Health Team program

Is your Ontario Health Team (OHT) interested in joining a program committed to quality care and improving patient outcomes?

RNAO is now accepting letters of intent from OHTs interested in joining RNAO’s Best Practice Spotlight Organization Ontario Health Team (BPSO OHT) program. 

Interested OHTs are asked to submit a letter of intent by Jan. 25, 2021.  Letters should include:

  • Name of OHT and key contact person
  • An explanation of why you would like to become a BPSO OHT
  • A brief description of your readiness to join BPSO OHT network e.g., interest or experience with RNAO guidelines; participation of OHT partners within the BPSO program

RNAO will be hosting a BPSO OHT orientation webinar on Jan. 14, 2021 from 3:30 – 4:30 pm ET. This webinar will describe the BPSO OHT program, how the program will help OHTs meet their goals, the process for becoming a BPSO OHT and how RNAO supports OHTs in their success. Members of the first BPSO OHT cohort will also share their successes and gains.

Important dates:

  • Orientation webinar – Jan. 14, 2021
  • Letter of intent due – Jan. 25, 2021
  • Online application and signed BPSO OHT contract due – Feb. 12, 2021
  • BPSO OHTs selected – March 5, 2021
  • Virtual launch of cohort 2 – May 2021
