Fall tour: RNAO hears from RNs, NPs and nursing students

Celebrating the fourth-annual fall tour, RNAO’s nursing leaders travelled across the province this month to hear about nursing and health issues nurses and nursing students believe should be front and centre for the Ontario government.

RNAO’s president Angela Cooper Brathwaite and CEO Doris Grinspun visited members in Ottawa, Petrolia, Chatham, Windsor, Sudbury and Toronto, hearing their experiences and how we can better meet the needs of Ontarians.

As professional association for over 41,000 RNs, NPs and nursing students, RNAO values and acts on its members’ voices as they know best how government decisions affect people’s health outcomes.

RNAO would like to thank all chapters and regions that participated this year as well as all the RNs, NPs and nursing students who came out to these visits to voice their thoughts and ideas.

If you are from the Toronto area, our last fall tour visit is taking place at the Chelsea Inn in Toronto on Nov. 9. Please register online.
