Make sure to include your CNO number as part of your new grad membership
Did you have your membership upgraded to new grad recently?
Don’t forget to send in your College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) number so that your professional liability protection (PLP) becomes active. The CNO requires all practising nurses to have at least $2 million in PLP coverage. RNAO provides you with coverage of up to $10 million.

Mark your calendars for Queen's Park on the Road 2020
One of RNAO’s fall season policy events is fast approaching.
Queen’s Park on the Road (QPOR) kicks off in September and continues through November 2020. This signature political action event provides an opportunity for RNAO members – RNs, NPs and nursing students – to discuss priority issues with MPPs from all political parties and advocate for healthy public policy.

In response to widespread systemic racism and the desire to tackle this for our profession, RNAO announced in June the formation of a new Black Nurses Task Force.
