About this Event:

Moving on to Being Free is a patient-focused, evidence-based, tobacco cessation program. This program is a research study that has been funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care since 2011.
Moving on to Being Free has been successfully integrated into health services in Northwestern Ontario, including primary care clinics, acute care organizations, the Meno Ya Win Community Centre - which serves 33 First Nations communities, 28 of which are fly-in communities, and within other Northwestern Indigenous communities.
