Speaker bio:
Rosanra Yoon MN, NP
Adult Nurse Practitioner at The Jean Tweed Centre

Rosanra Yoon is an NP at the Jean Tweed Centre in Toronto, a not for profit agency that provides gender informed services for women and their children experiencing substance use and related challenges. Rosanra’s area of experience has been in the fields of addiction medicine and concurrent disorders and her areas of clinical and research interests are in the areas of trauma informed practice and gender informed services. Rosanra completed her undergraduate education in nursing at the McMaster University, and during her career she has completed a masters in nursing in the clinical stream and post-MN adult NP education at University of Toronto. She is currently completing her doctoral studies at the University of Toronto. She is the very lucky mother of two lovely children and enjoys being alone and reading. She was born and raised in Toronto, and feels privileged to be able to raise her family in the very city she has always called home.
