About this Event:

The League of Excellence for Long-Term Care is a 3-day program designed by the RNAO specifically for Directors of Care and other nurses in formal leadership roles in long-term care.

The League of Excellence is intended to enhance nurse leaders’ ability to integrate, evaluate and sustain evidence-based programs in long-term care homes. This event will offer an exceptional opportunity to learn from experts in the fields of evidence-based practice change, program evaluation and sustainability to gain:

  • practical approaches to integrating and sustaining best practices
  • strategies for creating a culture of evidence-based practice
  • methods for ongoing evaluation of clinical practice programs in long-term care.

This highly interactive program aims to enhance the skills that participants have acquired through their leadership roles in developing, implementing and evaluating interdisciplinary programs. Throughout the event, there will be opportunities to learn and network with other participants and expert faculty.
