Great collaborators are passionate about their work and know what a successful outcome looks like. Learn the essential elements necessary to create and sustain an effective interprofessional team.

This workshop, back by popular demand, is focused on one of the "hottest issues in health care"- how to engage in, support, and manage effective interprofessional relationships. Some of the biggest challenges in patient safety and provider satisfaction relate to the quality of interprofessional relationships in the workplace. This workshop will help you learn how to work with the interprofessional team for better patient care and a healthy work environments.   • identify various strategies to form interprofessional teams in health-care settings
