Delirium, Dementia and Depression in long-term care: Two new learning tools

Sep 13, 2017, 1:30pm - 2:15pm
About this Event:

This interactive webinar will walk you through two new tools that can be used by long-term care staff to apply best practices for delirium, dementia and depression.

  • The Long-Term Care Case Study and Discussion Guide tells the story of Mr. Y, an older man with dementia whose behaviour and symptoms change after he moves into a long-term care home. The guide is used to facilitate discussions around Mr. Y's symptoms and how to best care for him.
  • The new e-Learning course includes five interactive models with case studies, quizzes and other features that help participants understand key points and best practices.
