Presenter: Rhonda Seidman-Carlson is the president of RSC Health Consulting where she specializes in professional practice and healthy work environments. She is the former vice-president and chief nurse executive of the Scarborough Hospital and is a past president of RNAO. In her roles, she focused on understanding and dealing with bullying between colleagues. She has presented provincially on this topic and has provided workshops and consultations to organizations open to addressing bullying cultures.
