This webinar will provide an overview of RNAO's third edition, Assessment and Management of Pressure Injuries for the Interprofessional Team clinical best practice guideline (BPG), and highlight the key changes to the recommendations since the publication of the Assessment and Management of Stage I to IV Pressure Ulcers BPG in 2007.
The objectives of this one-hour webinar will be to:
- provide a brief introduction to the guideline’s background, purpose and scope
- highlight the new additions and revisions to the guideline since its last publication
- provide an overview of the practice, education and system/organization/policy recommendations with a specific focus on the clinical best practices most relevant to the front-line interprofessional team
