Nursing Students of Ontario: RNAO needs you for an important committee

Would you like to put your stamp on our magazine, Registered Nurse Journal?

RNAO is looking for first or second year undergraduate students for an opening on our Editorial Advisory Committee (EAC).

The EAC serves on behalf of RNAO's members and board of directors to ensure Registered Nurse Journal is a quality publication that reflects the association's ends. The committee meets via teleconference bimonthly after the release of each RNJ issue to discuss content and provide feedback to RNAO's editorial team. The committee includes other RNAO members, board of directors representatives, and a print journalist.

To apply for this non-voting position, you must be a member of the Nursing Student of Ontario Interest Group, and have at least two years remaining in your undergraduate nursing program. Members are expected to attend two-thirds of all meetings.

Applications are due by 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 3, 2014.

Please send your CV and a cover letter outlining why you'd like to participate on the committee to Daniel Punch.

Your application will be evaluated by the committee and the successful applicant will be notified before the March EAC meeting.
