Heather Rivers is an award-winning multimedia reporter from Woodstock whose beats include health, courts and crime. She lives in Ingersoll, and is passionate about her community and social issues that affect it. In the past, she has written extensively about poverty, hospice care and the dying process, mental health, drug abuse, and domestic abuse issues. She is a past volunteer with the Social Planning Council and sits on the United Way’s communication committee.
Jennifer Vandermeer has been a community news reporter and editor for almost 30 years, covering a wide variety of assignments from hard news to sports and features. She enjoys the thrill of breaking news and mining for information that will help expand a story. Outside of work, Jennifer is a volunteer board member with the Children's Aid Society of Oxford, and enjoys summertime on the water.
